KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Mud room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large fenced backyard with patio area. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
