I called in several times with questions. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. When I went into the office to check in the staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The topper was an absolutely fabulous vacation!! I will definitely use Big Bear Cool Cabins again.

"Thank you for a wonderful vacation"

5 of 5

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Casa de Oso served as a wonderful setting for our thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the variety spaces within the home. Relaxing by the fireplace drinking hot coco and reading a book, upstairs drinking some libations playing pool, in the kitchen (well stocked preparing meals or sleeping comfortably in a warm bed. We absolutely recommend. By the way Cool Cabins staff top notch. Super responsive to any of our needs or questions. Friendly staff that makes the pickiest customer feel at ease. 5/5 stars for sure.

We stayed at Casa de Oso lakefront for five days. Loved it! Loved the location and amenities. Housekeeping could have done a better job in some areas, but overall no complaints. Would definitely stay there again!

"I am an owner of several Nursing Homes…"

5 of 5

I am an owner of several Nursing Homes and I need a quick get away with my family. No traveling for us just driving. We live in Agoura Hills, Ca. I have been going to Big Bear a few years now and I have made Cool Cabins a big part of my family’s life. We love Cool Cabins!!!!!!Cool Cabins has everything ready for us when we arrive. Never been disappointed and I’m pretty picky. My thanks to Cool Cabins, all of them!!!

"Is a very comfortable cabin with big spaces!"

5 of 5

Is a very comfortable cabin with big spaces, big rooms, very nice view to the lake and a nice patio to enjoy morning coffee and make a nice grill in the afternoon. Great for big parties that want to spend a lot of time together cooking and playing inside of the cabin (pool, table games, jacuzzi splash) or have a nice wine in front of the fireplaces

This was our second stay at Casa De OSO and it never disappoints. Beautiful home with plenty of room for the kids and their friends. Pool table, theater room and jacuzzi for fun family memories. Right on the lake, so it’s the perfect home in the perfect location. Great family memories made here that will last a lifetime.
