The Space
This cozy two-story retreat is perfect for couples, small families or a few friends looking for a quieter side of Big Bear.
Relax in the comfortable living area around the wood-burning fireplace, stream a movie or enjoy meals together after a day on the lake or trails.

Step outside to take advantage of the cabin's best features. Enjoy sunrise or sunset lake views from the upper deck, fire up the BBQ or unwind in the private hot tub on the covered lower deck.

Location
Tucked away in peaceful Fawnskin, you'll be about a 5-minute walk from Big Bear Lake and a short drive from Captain John's Marina, hiking trails and Fawnskin Village. The Village, ski resorts, restaurants and other Big Bear attractions are also within easy driving distance.

Other things to note 
• Parking is allowed for 2 vehicles
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
• Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee per pet
• The loft area is locked and not accessible to guests
• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM
• Permit: CESTRP-2026-00813

This place is perfect! Amazing views of Big Bear Lake. Awesome jacuzzi on the lower deck. Kitchen is great. Bedrooms and all linens are great. I can’t wait to go back!

"Everything was perfect!"

Beautiful home with views of lake and snow-covered mountains...in May (wow!) Everything was perfect! Hiking, shopping and fishing during the day, and at night, grilling out, relaxing in hot tub, and stargazing while listening to coyotes and night-time sounds. There was even a/c if we needed it. (Rare to find) We plan on making this an annual trip.
