Take advantage of the community amenities, fire up the BBQ or gather around the dining table for a cozy evening with family and friends.

Inside the condo
This spacious two-story condo features a welcoming living room with comfortable seating, a TV, dining table and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace. The open layout creates a cozy space for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove and oven, double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware and utensils.

Location
Located in Boulder Bay, the condo is part of a lakefront complex and is about a 5-minute walk from Big Bear Lake and kayak rentals, with Boulder Bay Park nearby. The condo itself does not face the lake. The Village, ski resorts, Snow Play and Convention Center are a short drive away.
