The Space
The bright, open living area features cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and plenty of room for everyone to gather. Relax by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows or enjoy board and card games after a day exploring Big Bear. The game room gives kids and adults their space for fun, with a pool table, arcade machine and Smart TV. The kitchen offers plenty of room for preparing group meals, with an adjoining dining area for everyone to gather together.

Outside, enjoy the spacious fenced backyard, relax on the patio or fire up the gas BBQ while taking in the fresh mountain air.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite – King bed, sitting area, electric fireplace, Smart TV and private bathroom
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – King bed, Queen bed and Twin bed
Bedroom 4 – California King bed and Smart TV
Bedroom 5 – Twin bed with trundle
Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Location
Located directly across from the National Forest, this home offers a quieter mountain setting while keeping you close to Big Bear Snow Play, Oktoberfest, hiking and outdoor recreation. Big Bear Lake is about a 30-minute walk away, with the Village and ski resorts a short drive from the home.

- Parking available for up to 5 vehicles, Two driveways (one in front of the garage and one to the left of the home)
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Maximum of 12 guest's total
- Pet fee $75 per pet (dogs only)

"Great yard & Clean"

We stayed at (Mountain Bearanese) name of cabin. Check in was easy! Cabin was very clean and welcoming and sooo cozy! Close to village and alpine slides. We had a blast! Thank you Cool Cabins seee you soon.

It was an amazing Cabin. When you walked in you were able to smell how clean it was. Nothing was missing here fully equipped in all general. Will definitely book again.
