Such a great experience with Big Bear Cool Cabins! They are very thorough in the booking process, but it’s well worth it to know you’re in good hands. It was our first visit to Big Bear as a family and the place was beautiful, clean, modern and efficient. They are available to meet your needs or any issues, but also leave you alone to maximize your time. Grateful!

This is a cozy, happy home, well maintained and managed by a great company. Any concerns or questions we had, "big bear cool cabins" was super efficient responsive, super helpful and super timely. There is a lovely view from both balconies, serene forest, singing birds surrounded by ultimate silence. We loved it!

Was a great cabin for our family of four. Centrally located and close to the supermarket and lake. The cabin was just as pictured. Clean and furnished with everything we needed. Noticed a few damages to their furniture & window, but that didn’t effect our stay one bit. I’d definitely book again!! Thank you!!
