Located in the Village Area and less than a mile from The Village, this cabin offers an ideal setting for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer.

Perfect for families and groups, this spacious 3-bedroom cabin with a loft comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, a dedicated game room, board games, a washer and dryer, and a large back deck overlooking the lake.

Inside the cabin
Gather in the spacious living room and take in the beautiful lake views through the large windows. Relax on the comfortable sofas around the river rock wood-burning fireplace, enjoy meals together at the dining table, or gather around the kitchen island with additional counter seating.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dishes.

Location
Enjoy a prime lakefront location in Big Bear's Village Area, with the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain just a short walk away and The Village less than a mile from the cabin. The location also provides convenient access to Big Bear's ski resorts, hiking trails, restaurants, shops and other mountain attractions.

• Maximum of 10 guest's total, with no more than 8 adults
• Parking allowed for 3 vehicles
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Exterior cameras with recording
• Lake Levels: Please be aware that lake levels vary throughout the year depending on annual precipitation and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
• Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required.
• Pet fee $75 per pet (dogs only)
• Permit: VRR-2026-1814

This Cabin was perfect for our trip! Beautiful views from the hot tub, and a short hike from the Marina! There's even a small dog run attached that wasn't advertised! Very useful if you bring pets.

Very comfortable cabin. We made a lot of use of the bbq, large porch to view the lake, and open lakefront sand to allow the kids and dogs to run around. Rare to have so much space at a house in big bear.

If you like quiet, privacy, a beautiful lake view, and walking distance to the village consider 3 Cubs Lakefront Cabin. Or if you are looking to be minutes from Big Bear Lake Village, Mine Shaft Coaster, Alpine Slide, minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort, and a large area to have a snowball battle, long tubing runes, or volleyball tournament then this is the place. It becomes what you want it to be. We have stayed at many vacation homes in big bear but we keep coming back to this location. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable indoor space, very open large backyard, with an amazing lake view, well stocked with kitchen equipment, washer / dryer, fireplace, and a hot tub to sit in while watching the lake and gazing at the stars.
