The home also features a dining table for meals and gatherings, along with convenient bar seating for casual dining and conversation.

- Upstairs primary suite features a California king bed, fireplace, balcony, TV, and private bathroom
- Upstairs second bedroom includes a queen bed, queen/full bunk bed, and TV
- Downstairs third bedroom offers a queen/full bunk bed

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Enjoy the game room featuring a pool table for added entertainment. Smart TVs with Roku and streaming apps are available throughout the home, along with fast WiFi. Relax in the indoor hot tub or unwind near the cozy gas or wood-burning fireplaces. A laundry room with washer only (no dryer) is available for convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The property features both front and back decks, a gas barbecue, and a fenced yard, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and outdoor gatherings.

- Parking allowed for 3 vehicles
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
- Maximum of 10 guests total, with no more than 8 adults.

"Exceptional Stay"

We drove up and were impressed by the home’s appearance. Upon entering it was obviously clean and well kept. A well-furnished kitchen, large dining area, and comfortable family room provided a fun area for all of us to gather and enjoy our vacation. The beds were good and comfortable and the neighborhood allowed for quiet sleep. The location is perfect, convenient to shopping, two snow ski / board resorts, and other amenities. Would absolutely recommend a stay at the Avalon Retreat!
