Reviewed on 2026-08-02 by SteveThis is more of a real house than a cabin and is super clean and very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and laundry with detergent provided, beautiful wooded location with tall ponderosa, close to town and ski area, large backyard and outdoor patio with a huge Weber gas grill, working wood fireplace, new soundproof windows, many comfortable chairs, etc. There's many places on the lake a short drive away with public access for swimming, water sports, and fishing. This was a last minute booking and was really inexpensive for the high quality.

They even had items for kids like children's plates and toys which was such a blessing. Thank you for an incredible weekend, we will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend for any family looking for a nice quiet weekend away. :)

The check in amd out are very easy, they even let us check in early because of the weather, we really apprecite that very much. The cabin was perfect and decribed as is in the website. We do recommend them to anyone, thank you for a very nice stay.

With sleeping space for up to five, a large fenced yard, wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, it has everything you need for an easy Big Bear getaway.
Spend the day at nearby Snow Summit, explore the lake and Village, or head out to nearby hiking trails, then come home to dinner on the gas BBQ, board games with the family or a cozy evening around the fire.
