Everything you need is here. The appliances, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher are top quality. The rooms are furnished nicely and are comfortable. Everything is maintained in a very clean condition. The Staff at Cool Cabins are great, they take care of all of our needs. Thank you!

Stayed here for over 2 weeks with my family. It was in a great location with a view of bear mountain. All the items you need are available. If anything is missing or need additional items, they reply to messages almost immediately! Fast and Great communication. Will stay again and recommend it. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay in Big Bear at the Ski View Chalet. The pictures almost don't even do the home justice as it's been remodeled and so thoughtfully decorated/designed. The kitchen is enormous, with everything you could need. All the bedrooms were comfortable and we had so much space between downstairs and upstairs. The view of Bear Mountain was incredible! This home is the perfect location in a beautiful, quiet area of upper Moonridge- a very quick drive to both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. The entire rental process was seamless and so easy - we can't recommend this cabin and rental company enough!

The decor, view, deck, fire pits, jacuzzi and fireplaces really gave this place a wow factor. This large kitchen allowed several of us to be in there working at the same time. The record player and shuffle board game were nice surprises and we used both! We ended up staying in the cabin more than we ever have on this trip simply because if was such a great environment for the 6 of us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. We had a marvelous experience. We were searching for a calm place and a spectacular view, yet the cabin exceeded all our expectations. The location suited all our needs. Just one minor suggestion: given that the cabin has such an impressive view, I think it should have a coffee table on the second balcony where we can enjoy a small breakfast or dinner while admiring the view.

Great time! Everything was as stated in the description of the Chalet. The indoor, outdoor, essentials amenities were as described. Great view of Moonridge. Your staff was friendly and professional. We will visit again.

What a view! This cabin has everything you need. Check with Cool Cabins, or research on your own smart phone. The amenities are too many to list here. We will be back, to enjoy again.

Overall, very pretty cabin. Decent location and good views. Nicely decorated but not well equipped. Not enough toilet paper was supplied for 5 people staying for 1 week and the downstairs shower pours water onto the floor anytime you try to shower in it. After those few fixes this would be a five star cabin for big bear lake.
