Personally, the fact that I can text any issue or any need is a great way to keep me happy. Not having to navigate through a menu via phone call is such a positive thing that it makes the experience of renting from Cool Cabins a major highlight. once inside the cabin, all instructions in the binder are plain and simple to flow with pictures. That's very helpful. The level of customer service provided by Cool Cabins is above and beyond and definitely sets the mood for a relaxing stay. by Willi

Our family had no issue with the cabin, which was ready for us upon our arrival. To our surprise, it’s just like our own home it has everything we need: working refrigerator, stove, etc.; restroom and shower in working order; Netflix for us during heavy snow stay indoor; quiet neighborhood. Looked just like the pics. Very clean, neighborhood was quiet and safe, good for families. It does have a small backyard for use that it doesn’t mention (added plus). The house has a good layout for families with young or older children. One bedroom is downstairs while the loft area is very fun having FOUR beds (1 of each size, a King, Queen, Full and Twin). I’m a family of four and we all stayed upstairs and had one bed each. Great slumber party. I’d rent here again and recommend it.

Plenty of pillows and warm blankets. Everything we needed to cook breakfast and a nice BBQ to grill on too. Cute Edison bulb lights over the deck to make our dinner outside cozy.
